I've made a mistake on my travel insurance policy - how do I correct it?
If you have made a mistake when entering your name, address, email or phone numbers you can simply log in to your account area and correct these details and then resend the certificate to yourself at your registered email address.
If you have made a mistake with the duration, destination, names or ages of anyone on the policy and are within the 14 day Cooling-Off Period you may be able to replace your policy yourself in your account area without charge as long as you have not already benefited from the policy or have made or intend to make a claim.
If the option to replace your policy is not available you should contact us by email. If we cannot amend your policy we may be able to replace it with a new one as long as you have not made or intend to make a claim. If you ask us to cancel or amend your policy we may charge an Administration Fee.
