Most travel insurance policies will provide 24 hours a day multi lingual medical emergency assistance. If You need emergency medical assistance while abroad you should contact the 24-hour telephone number provided as soon as possible. This is usually shown on your policy certificate and in the contacts section at the end of this policy. You will be expected to give your name, insurance details, and as much information as possible and provide a telephone, fax or telex number where you can be contacted or left messages at any time of the day or night.
